Refund policy

At Veterano Apparel, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. If, however, you receive a damaged item, we are here to assist you. Please carefully review our return policy for damaged goods before initiating a return.

1. Eligibility for Return:

You may only return products if they are damaged upon arrival. Damaged goods are defined as items that have visible defects, flaws, or imperfections that occurred during manufacturing, packaging, or shipping.

2. Reporting Damaged Goods:

To initiate a return for damaged goods, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will not be able to process your return request. Please contact our customer service team via info@veteranoapparel.com to report the damage.

3. Providing Proof of Damage:

To process your return, you must provide visual evidence of the damage. This can be done by submitting clear images and/or videos that clearly showcase the issue. Please send these files to our customer service team along with your return request.

4. Return Process:

Once we receive your return request and proof of damage, we will review the provided evidence to verify the issue. If your claim is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping label.

5. Return Eligibility:

Returns for damaged goods are subject to approval. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the provided evidence does not clearly demonstrate the damage or if the claim is not submitted within the designated timeframe.

6. Refund or Replacement:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will determine whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement. If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method or send a replacement item, as per your preference.

7. Non-Damaged Returns:

Please note that we only accept returns for damaged goods as defined above. We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage.
