1. Shipping Timeframe:

Our standard delivery option for all orders is estimated to take between 5 to 10 business days. Please note that this timeframe includes order processing and shipping transit time. We work diligently to expedite your order while maintaining the quality you expect from us.

2. Shipping Options:

Currently, we offer only the standard delivery option. We are continually evaluating ways to enhance our shipping options to provide you with more choices for your convenience. At present, we appreciate your understanding that only the standard delivery option is available.

3. APO and FPO Addresses:

We proudly support our military community and offer shipping to both APO and FPO addresses. If you have an APO or FPO address, you can expect the same estimated delivery timeframe of 5 to 10 business days. Please note that due to the distance involved, deliveries to APO and FPO addresses might take a little longer to arrive.

4. Overseas Shipping:

At this time, we do not offer shipping to locations outside of APO and FPO addresses. We are currently focusing on serving our customers within the APO and FPO network and the continental United States.

5. Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

6. Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery timeframe, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier issues, or public holidays may cause delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
